We want you to love your TruLee deodorant. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

90-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

You may request a refund or replacement within 90 days of delivery.

If you feel like the deodorant is not effective, we ask that you use the product daily for a minimum of 60 days, prior to requesting a refund. Our formula is designed to work over time, especially if you have been using conventional deodorants/antiperspirants for a long time, or if you are new to alternative deodorants.

HOW TO REQUEST

Please email us at support@truleebodycare.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue

In some cases, we may ask for a photo to better understand the concern.

REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS

Depending on the situation, we may:
- Offer a replacement product, or
- Issue a refund to your original payment method

HEAT-RELATED CLAIMS

We understand that temperature fluctuations can occur during shipping. Due to the nature of our product, we only offer refunds or replacements for heat-related issues if they are reported within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

Requests made after this timeframe are not eligible for refund or replacement.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of personal care products, we do not require you to return used items.

SHIPPING COSTS

- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- We do not cover return shipping (if a return is requested)

ABUSE POLICY

We reserve the right to limit or deny refunds if we detect misuse of this policy.
