Shipping policy

Thank you for your order with TruLee Body Care.

1. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

3. FREE SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on qualifying orders as indicated on our website.

4. SHIPPING CARRIERS

We ship orders using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or other available providers.

5. SHIPPING CONDITIONS

We take care to package and ship orders in a way that helps protect product quality during transit. During warmer months, we may adjust shipping schedules to help ensure your order arrives in optimal condition.

Due to the natural composition of our deodorant, it may soften when exposed to high temperatures during transit or after delivery. This does not affect product performance. If softening occurs, allow the product to return to room temperature before use.

If your order arrives significantly affected by heat, please contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery (based on tracking information) at support@truleebodycare.com. Reports made after this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

6. DELAYS

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.

7. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

TruLee Body Care is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

8. INCORRECT ADDRESS

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

9. DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives physically damaged (e.g., broken container or unusable product), please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@truleebodycare.com. Include your order number and a photo of the damaged item so we can assist you.

Please note: Issues related to product softening or melting due to heat are covered under our Shipping Conditions and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
